Natural solutions for feeling good from the inside out:
If you are a woman age 35 or older, it is likely you sense your metabolism or something is different than when you were younger. Indeed, the perimenopausal transition tends to occur between the ages of 35 and 52, and is linked to hormonal changes. Also, the effects of cellular aging often arise near age 40, and may get worse over time. Yet, there are ways how to reverse aging naturally. Something can be done to defy aging and fix metabolism. Natural solutions may target cellular aging and/or hormonal changes.
How might you sense signs of cellular and hormonal decline?
First, it’s important to understand that any symptom is like a red flag. A symptom is a sign from your body that something is out of balance. Symptoms may be common, but symptoms should not be ignored. They can be early signs to take corrective actions—to avoid more severe health issues that could arise if symptoms are not properly managed.
Now let’s consider the different roles of hormones and cells in the body. Hormones serve as messengers, to influence activities that occur in the cells. While the human body is composed of trillions of cells, each hormone has a limited number of target cells it can signal.
The table below lists common issues in women beginning near age 40. CELLULAR Symptoms (linked to declines of the working cell) are shown on the left, and HORMONAL symptoms (linked to declines of the signal) are on the right. It may be surprising to see how many similar symptoms appear in the cellular and hormonal columns. For example, symptoms of fatigue and belly fat may arise from either cellular or hormonal causes. Thus, solutions with cellular and hormonal action may be more effective than managing only one or the other.
